Pacific Northwest Chapter
Society for the Preservation and Appreciation of
Antique Motor Fire Apparatus in America
 

SPAAMFAA was founded in 1958 at Syracuse, NY, with the purpose of preserving and displaying antique fire apparatus and promoting an appreciation of fire service history all across America.

In 1969, the SPAAMFAA board of directors conceived the idea of organizing regional chapters in addition to the established National organization. On DATE HERE, the Pacific Northwest Chapter came into existence as a SPAAMFAA chapter ever to be granted a charter, with NAME HERE as the first president.

Both the Pacific Northwest Chapter of SPAAMFAA, and  National SPAAMFAA , are non-profit organizations.

Ownership of fire apparatus is not required for membership.  
As of November 18, 2014, we have XXX paid members.
